Sorgato waste management and transport systems are 100% customizable and can include:
- Suction points and conveyor belts for production waste from log saws and cookies;
- Automatic shredders or grinders for whole logs with a density even higher than 250kg/m3;
- Rotary blade separators for cookies and shredded logs with unloading on compacting balers;
- 3-way pneumatic “diverter” or “bypass” valves;
- Connecting pipes for all parts of the system with accessories and fasteners;
- Bag, drum, water or cyclone filters;
- Briquetting machines;
- Fans and chopper fans when needed;
- Soundproof cabins and boxes for fans;
- Expulsion chimneys to the atmosphere;
- Stairs, walkways and platforms certified for accessibility to machinery and devices at height;
- Specific control panel and software to view and manage the parameters of the system and to allow the start and stop of the system, in both automatic and manual mode, with the possibility of integration into the main control panel of the production line.
