Self-cleaning bag filter

TYPE: Automatic dry dust collector

APPLICATION: suitable for continuous operation with counter-current filter sleeve cleaning system; configurable for operation positive or negative pressure, depending on the needs of the specific system in which the filter is inserted.


A bag filter can act on air containing even very fine dust, ensuring a very high filtering efficiency that can exceed 97%, even for particles with dimensions less than 1 micron.
The structure of the filter is composed of modular panels in galvanized steel and can have customizable dimensions according to the required air flow.
The filter elements consist of suitably sized baskets and sleeves in antistatic polyester needle-punched felt.


Each filter is equipped with large inspection doors that allow you to easily perform maintenance operations or control of internal parts.
Choosing a self-cleaning bag air filter brings significant advantages in terms of maintenance time and costs.

Automatic sleeve cleaning mode:

  1. “Pulsair” – apulsed compressed air with cycles managed by an electronic control unit;
  2. “Controvent” – by means of blowing fans.

Management of dust collection and extraction:

  1. by means of appropriate storage bins placed directly under the collection hopper;
  2. by auger and stellar valve for subsequent transport to briquetting machines;
  3. through customized systems for specific needs.

Each filter is designed in consideration of the specific situations of use and is equipped with appropriate fire protection devices and ATEX certified explosion protection devices.

As a result of the filtering activity, the dusted air can be expelled into the atmosphere or, with the integration of appropriate devices, it can be returned to the plant.

The filter can be connected to one or more lines, according to the required air flow rates and all the operating parameters can be managed and displayed through a custom-made control panel.
