Blowing bars

To ensure the highest levels of dedusting along the production line, it is advisable to use blowing bars, associated with suction hoods near the sheet or on the floor.
The blowing bars avoid dust accumulations by keeping it in suspension and conveying it to the proper suction hoods that allow its removal.


Blowing bars: materials and technology
The blowing bars are made from an aluminum tube, with a diameter of 30 or 50 mm (depending on the application required), characterized by a series of micro-holes for blowing.
They can be equipped with a suitably shaped upper cover to ensure protection to the blower bar and optimize its performance from an aerodynamic point of view.

Each blowing bar can be equipped with an indicator that allows you to view the angle and direction of the blow to facilitate calibration and testing operations and to allow adequate recording of the system’s balancing data.


The blowing bars are powered by compressed air and their operation is managed by one or more solenoid valve batteries with pressure regulators, which allow the individual or multiple management of the blowing bars and the calibration of the working pressure for each individual application.

The blowing cycle is managed by means of a specific software and can be viewed directly from the control panel.
