To facilitate cleaning operations, the system can be equipped with floor hoods positioned along the corridor of the line (generally on the transmission side).
The suction of the corridor hoods can be activated automatically when the line is stopped or manually; they guarantee high suction performance of the dust blown manually by the operator in the transverse direction to the line, during normal cleaning operations, significantly reducing the time of the cleaning shift.
Corridor suction hoods can be combined with a system of blowing bars (they too in the corridor) to ensure automatic cleaning and dedusting during production.
The corridor hoods are sized and positioned in such a way as to minimize the overall dimensions in the passage areas and, where necessary, they can also be walked on in total safety.
