Manual Cleaning MCS

To facilitate the normal cleaning of the line by operators, the suction system can be supplied with an integrated manual suction system (MCS) to remove dust accumulations from the most difficult to reach areas.

The MCS Sorgato system uses a device that allows the suction of dust thanks to the depression created by the combined action of the fan and compressed air, properly injected into the main body of the MCS unit.

The MCS system can be customized to be:

  • Centralized with a dedicated filter;
  • Independent from the automatic dedusting system;
  • Integrated into the pipe line of the main system and bound to the operation of the latter thanks to the use of a dedicated solenoid valve.

The MCS suction system is mainly composed of:

  • one or more connection points
    with venturi system and manual compressed air opening valve (each connection point can be configured with one or two connections for the flexible hose);
  • connecting pipes to the manifold;
  • antistatic flexible hose
    removable with a maximum length of 7.5 m;
  • suction terminals
    such as nozzles, tips and brushes;
  • hose winding device
    to neatly store the flexible hose.
