The papertrap+bypass group is a device that can be installed along the main intake manifold, between the production line and the filter, to separate the paper scraps and trimmings (collected by the suction hoods or by means of the MCS system) from the dusty air.
In the world of tissue and paper, the papertrap+bypass group protects the filter from possible clogging due to an excess of material with a size that is difficult to dispose of by the filter itself, especially if there is a bag or drum filter.
The papertrap+bypass group therefore performs the function of pre-filter.
Papertrap+bypass: materials
All the devices that make up the papertrap+bypass group are made of carbon steel and powder coatable, with RAL color chosen by the customer.
Papertrap+bypass: components
The principle of operation of the papertrap+bypass unit provides that, during the suction process, the dusty air flow passes through the papertrap and the bypass with closed pneumatic exhaust damper.
At the time of self-cleaning, the bypass diverts the suction from the line to the external environment, excluding the papertrap from the suction, and the pneumatic exhaust damper opens thus freeing the exhaust pipe to the collection container.
The self-cleaning cycle allows the detachment of the intercepted material from the metal mesh and the unloading of the material itself into the collection container.
It acts in a totally automatic way and can be managed in two ways:
The necessary electrical and pneumatic connections are included with the complete pneumatic panel dedicated to their operation.
The control panel allows you to view and manage the parameters and operating status of the papertrap+bypass group in a practical and fast way.
