Push-pull suction hoods

Along the production line, before specific processes such as printing, push-pull suction hoods are essential for cleaning the paper sheet and therefore to ensure the highest quality of processing (and consequently the quality of the finished product).
Push-pull suction hoods completely remove the excess dust and any build-up from the surface of the sheet.

For the maximum result within the supply chain it is advisable to place a push-pull suction hood close to the paper sheet and in correspondence with a specific driving roller of the sheet.

The operation of the push-pull suction hoods takes place through the combined action of:

  • a compressed air blade
    to detach dust and accumulations from the surface of the sheet,
  • a suction hood
    to remove the material previously detached from the sheet,
  • a motorized or pneumatic automatic handling system
    to bring the hood closer or further away from the sheet.

The software for the management of the system allows you to easily and accurately monitor the correct functioning of the push-pull hoods in operation, their operating parameters and the signals exchanged with the production line.
