Soundproof cabins and boxes

Sorgato designs and manufactures soundproof cabins and boxes for fans with INTERNAL or EXTERNAL application to the plant.

Objectives:

  • containment of the noise generated by the motor and by the fan;
  • weather protection;
  • air exchange with the outside for motor cooling;
  • convenient accessibility formanteinanceoperations.

Sorgato soundproof cabins and boxes are not prefabricated with standard dimensions, but are bespoke designed according to the size of the fan itself and the installation needs.

The soundproof cabins and boxes are composed of modular panels with an external structure in galvanized or stainless steel, a sound-absorbing material and an internal mesh in galvanized or stainless steel.
All the cabins and boxes can be powder coated in RAL color of your choice.

Additional devices for soundproof cabins:

  • internal lighting system;
  • devices for extracting engines from the cabin;
  • access ladder to the roof of the cabin and railings.
