Suction hoods

The suction hoods near the sheet are positioned in a strategic position – near the points from which the greatest amount of dust is generated – and are specifically designed to optimize the dust suction performance during the operation of the production line.

The design of every single hood and each suction slot (for fumes and dusts) is designed to optimize the air flow and to make the suction performance constant along the entire length of the hood, with a single connection pipe inserted at the center or at one side of each hood.
Particular attention is paid in the design phase also to the integration of each individual suction hood within the line, in compliance with ergonomics and usability, to facilitate the work of line operators and ensure maximum safety at work.
